Swiss Days

Going to Swiss Days has been a tradition for the girls in my family (on my pop's side) for as long as I can remember. Originally, the rule was that you had to be married to be able to go. Buuuuut, a few years ago they let me and my sis go (cause we are the funnest ;)) and I have gone ever since!

If you have never gone to Swiss Days, you have to go at least once in your life! It is in Midway, Utah - right by Heber City. To sum it up - it is a bunch of booths with clothes, crafts, jewelry, you name it - A TON of women (and quite a few children) walking around with the occasional man thrown in there - LOTS of walking - and did I mention tons of people?

We started early Friday morning and saw everything there was to see! Once we were finished, we headed to the hotel to get all checked in and then it was off to dinner with "the cousins". Cafe Rio of course. One of my very favorite parts of Swiss Days is being able to meet up with some of my grandma's cousins. They are seriously a few of the funniest ladies you have ever met in your life. It's always a good time full of laughs.

Day 2 started off with Kneaders french toast an ended with shopping at the Park City outlets. Gotta love Labor Day sales right? All in all, it was a fun little getaway with some of my favorite people. Blessed to have these pretty ladies in my life. See ya next year Swiss Days.
